Terms and Conditions
By using this prepayment process and feature Client agrees with Merchant (EVO Jet Services, Ltd.) that Merchant shall apply the prepayment amounts made by Client towards goods and services requested by Client. Any prepaid amount not used or applied towards goods and services used by Client shall remain on Client's account with Merchant until all 3rd party billings are received and cleared. Client may claim back any unused funds from Merchant after Client aircraft has been serviced as per Client request of Merchant OR Client may keep funds on account with Merchant to be applied to future goods and services. This service is a payment facility only and does not constitute a sale of any kind. Sales invoices against this prepayment shall be issued by Merchant and Merchant shall apply prepayments made here to said Sales invoice(s) for goods and services requested by Client. This prepayment facility service may not be disputed as it is a financial service only for prepayment. I, the Client understand that I am making a prepayment for goods and services provided by Merchant for my company aircraft as ordered by my company operations and crew personnel. Merchant is not responsible for inconsistent 3rd party charges out of its control. Merchant has a responsibility to furnish Client with copies of all 3rd party billing at the request of Client. By ordering a prepayment via this site, I have read the terms and conditions stated above and agree to all of those terms and conditions.
